Over the years we have completed hundreds of projects – from large roading works to retail car parks to stunning exposed aggregate driveways.

Our team of 15 employees means we can manage large scale projects or simultaneous smaller jobs. We employ the best, hardworking people who are experts in their chosen fields. 

SHARON ROWELL

Sharon heads up Baldwin Asphalts and enjoys nothing more than looking at a perfectly laid stretch of silky, black asphalt or a smooth concrete driveway.

Sharon has been involved in building Baldwin Asphalts into the success it has become from day one.

This experience and Sharon’s keen eye for detail ensures that every job is run efficiently and completed to the highest standards.

LOTU FILEMU

Lotu is a part owner and our on-site Foreman extraordinaire.

A hardworking perfectionist, Lotu has been working in the construction sector since 1998 and uses his extensive knowledge of asphalt and concrete to smoothly expedite even the trickiest of jobs.

STEPH GREEN

Steph is our Office Manager and makes sure everything runs like clockwork at our Petone depot.

An office ninja, she has been part of the Baldwin’s team since 2009 and has a black belt in organisation and multi-tasking.
